Why we use natural sugars

In organic food, all artificial colourings and sweeteners are banned. However, we do add coconut blossom sugar as a natural sweetener for flavour balance in all our Blends. Although it is often confused with palm sugar, given its colorbeing similar to that of raw sugar, this sugar is derived from the coconut palm tree and touted as being more nutritious and lower on the glycemic index than sugar.
