The better way to rehydrate than water
Coconut has such hydrating powers that is proven to rehydrate the body better than water. This does not mean that it will be a replacement for water, but coconut water will be the best choice if you want to fully regain electrolytes after physical activities or if you are recovering from illness.
Why we use natural sugars
In organic food, all artificial colourings and sweeteners are banned. However, we do add coconut blossom sugar as a natural sweetener for flavour balance in all our Blends. Although it is often confused with palm sugar, given its colorbeing similar to that of raw sugar, this sugar is derived from the coconut palm tree and touted as being more nutritious and lower on the glycemic index than sugar. Coconut blossom sugar contains a fibre called insulin which is known to slow down the glucose absorption while promoting the growth of intestinal bifidobacteria.
