Cold pressed BLUE GINGER

Ingredients | 1 serving  :

    • 1.5 teaspoons | BLUE GINGER Powder
    • 300ml | cold water
    • 50ml | hot water
    • 1 | lime (without the peel)
    • 1 | stalk of lemongrass
    • honey

Directions:

  1. Juice the lemongrass then the lime using the cold pressed juicer.
  2. While the mashine is still on, pour 300ml of cold water through the machine to get any lef over juice rinsed through.
  3. Pour 50ml of hot water into a glass then add the powder and the honey.
  4. Mix both liquids and enjoy!
