Smooth BLISS Blend
Ingredients | 1 serving :
2 tablespoons | BLISS Powder
2 teaspoons | coconut flakes
2 teaspoons | almond butter
1 teaspoon | cacao nibs
1 | banana
250ml | almond or cashew milk
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until really smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
Smooth FOCUS Blend
Ingredients | 1 serving :
2 teaspoons | FOCUS Powder
2 teaspoons | hemp seeds
120ml | water
1 | peach
1 cup | spinach or kale
1/2 | lemon (without the peel)
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until really smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
