FOCUS Kombucha

Ingredients | 1 serving  : 2 teaspoons | FOCUS Powder 40ml | hot water 300ml | kombucha 3 | large ice cubes Directions: Add the powder to the hot water. Use a milk frother to blend. This helps dissolve the powder so you get the most function out of your beverage. Add the ice cubes to a cup. Pour the kombucha over the ice. Then pour the blend over the top. Stir and enjoy!

Bullet Proof FOCUS Blend

Ingredients | 1 serving  : 2 teaspoons |  FOCUS Powder 200ml | plant based milk 1 teaspoon | MCT coconut oil Best Combo: Almond, Coconut, Oat or Soy milk. Directions: Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.  Blend with a Milk Frother until it is warm. Enjoy!

Ingredients | 1 serving  : 2 teaspoons | FOCUS Powder 50ml | hot water 100g | greens (spinach or kale) 4 | stalks of celery 1 | cucumber 1/2 | lemon (without the peel) Directions: Juice the lemon first then the apple using a cold pressed juicer. Pour 50ml of hot water into a glass. Add the powder to the hot water and mix it using a Milk Frother. Mix both liquids and enjoy!
